iOpt continues growth with expansion of its Sales & Marketing Team
At iOpt, we are on a mission to support social housing providers with data-driven insights that help them detect, prevent, and protect against property risks. As demand for smart technology within social housing continues to grow, so does our team. We are excited to welcome three exceptional professionals; Mark Delbridge, Francesca Palumbo, and Clare West, who will play key roles in driving iOpt’s next phase of growth.
Strengthening Client Relationships with Mark Delbridge, Account Director
Mark Delbridge joins iOpt as our new Account Director, bringing a wealth of experience in client management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes. Having led transformative initiatives in the technology sector, Mark is dedicated to understanding and solving the challenges faced by social housing providers.
“My focus has always been on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by empathising with their needs and finding solutions that truly make a difference. Joining iOpt offers an exciting opportunity to apply that approach in a company that’s transforming social housing with innovative technology.
Legislation changes and the growing demand for IoT solutions mean the sector is at a turning point. I’m excited to help our clients embrace this new era of proactive property management.”
Mark’s role will focus on building close partnerships with social landlords, helping them make informed decisions using real-time property monitoring. He is particularly excited about iOpt’s ability to tackle issues such as damp and mould before they escalate, ultimately improving tenant wellbeing and protecting housing stock.
Expanding Opportunities with Clare West, Business Development Manager
Joining as Business Development Manager, Clare West brings over a decade of sales expertise, with a deep understanding of the software and public sectors. Her career spans industries such as banking, finance, and insurance, giving her a comprehensive grasp of client needs and market dynamics.
“What drew me to iOpt was the ‘can do and will do’ attitude towards our customers and the innovative thinking that sets us apart from competitors.
I aim to build strong relationships, identify new opportunities for growth, and surpass sales targets. But beyond that, I want to help housing providers adapt to new regulations and sustainability demands with iOpt’s game-changing technology.”
Clare has worked with high-profile organisations like the NHS, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Defence, delivering impactful solutions that solve real-world problems. At iOpt, she will focus on helping housing providers leverage IoT solutions to streamline maintenance, enhance tenant health, and extend the life of their housing stock.
Driving Awareness and Engagement with Francesca Palumbo, Marketing Executive
Francesca Palumbo steps into the role of Marketing Executive, bringing her expertise in multi-channel marketing and content strategy to amplify iOpt’s impact in the social housing sector. With a track record of delivering high-impact campaigns, launching webinar series, and producing industry podcasts, Francesca is ready to elevate iOpt’s brand presence.
“What really drew me to iOpt was its mission—not just helping housing providers manage properties efficiently, but improving the lives of tenants by addressing critical issues like mould and energy inefficiency.
With increasing regulations, landlords need real-time insights to maintain compliance and improve housing conditions. I’m excited to support iOpt’s growth by ensuring our message reaches the right people at the right time.”
