Our Easy-Install Sensors
One of the reasons we’re able to roll-out at scale is due to our cutting-edge IoT sensors. With install times of around 2-minutes per sensor, you’ll be in and out of the tenants property in no time and you’ll start receiving your data immediately.

All of our sensors are battery powered, so there is no need to drill holes in the property to provide power.
We also use high-tech, LoRaWAN or SIM Enabled devices that means there is no dependancy on the tenants WiFi.

Under standard conditions, the batteries in our devices will last between 5-10 years. This may be reduced slightly in more rural areas.
Our platform will flag when a battery needs replacing.

As soon as our sensors are turned on and connected, you will start receiving data for the room they’re in.

We’ll work with you to set up alerts that flag anything from low temperatures and potential leaks, to void properties and potential fuel poverty.
We’ll help set severity levels as well as suggested actions.

Whilst you and your team will have access to your organisations data through our bespoke platform, we can also integrate the data with existing Housing Management Systems.
